Who Are We?

The Winchester Eye Surgery Center is the first single specialty, Ophthalmic Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Winchester, Virginia. Located at 525 Amherst Street, our facility offers a relaxed, patient-focused environment, state-of-the-art equipment, convenient access, ample parking, and an experienced staff to meet your needs.

Our Mission

The purpose of the Winchester Eye Surgery Center shall include the following: 1. To ensure patients’ rights and privileges are observed at all times. 2. To provide the best facilities possible for the provision of ophthalmic surgical care. 3. To coordinate and integrate the services of the Eye Surgery Center with local hospitals and appropriate healthcare agencies as may be required from time to time. 4. To maintain an ophthalmic ambulatory surgical center which will provide high quality care in conformance with and exceeding the standards of the community.
